Placing Your Order

Place your order through our secure, online shopping cart using VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Your online order will be confirmed via email, so please make sure your email is correct before placing your order.

  • Domestic orders are normally sent via Priority mail to take advantage of the $50 automatic insurance coverage, and tracking of your order - unless you choose regular US First Class Mail. First Class mail allows up to 12.9 ounces in weight before automatially converting to Priority. Please note First Class mail shipments are not covered by insurance.
  • Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt
  • If there is any delay in shipping, we will contact you as to your preferences.
  • Shipping charges are set automatically by the US postal service based on product weight and your location.

  • Canadian Orders
  • All Canadian orders are sent via First Class Mail. US Postal mail set's a minimum of $10 to ship to Canada.

We appreciate your business and will accept returns on any unused patterns and merchandise.

  • Products must be returned unused, and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. If you have a special situation, please contact us.
  • You must contact us before returning any merchandise for a RMA (returns merchandise authorization) number or your refund will not be processed.
  • Returns over $25 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Please include a copy or your invoice with any return if possible.
  • A refund check will be issued within three days of receipt of merchandise. Note: If you paid by check, your check will have had to have cleared the bank before issuing a refund.
  • We're sorry but shipping charges are not refundable.
